Having grown up in Texas, founder Will Yates was literally teethed on a piece of beef jerky. When he moved back to the UK, he was unable find anything as healthy, wholesome and tasty as traditional Texan style jerky – so Billy franks was born...Passionate about provenance and quality, Billy Franks only uses the best British grass-fed beef, pork and free range turkey to make the healthiest and tastiest jerky.
The brief was to elevate the identity to sit more in line with the premium, award winning jerky that is all made by hand in their Bermondsey kitchen, and their distinctive flavours that they have become so well known for.
